We only sell products from a select number of manufacturers that offer the high quality that we demand. Helston Hot Tubs was formed a number of years ago, when we ourselves were looking for a hot tub. It came to our attention that it was confusing when searching for the right product with hundreds of different manufacturers all claiming to be “the best on the market” with lots of technical sales jargon that we didn’t fully understand. It then became our mission to find the best products on the market, and make these available to others. We guarantee we will only give you straight forward honest advice, without the “sales pitch”. Our customer service speaks for itself as most of our hot tubs are sold on recommendation.
Hot Tubs - CornwallWe have travelled to America to witness the manufacturing process and have watched hot tubs being built from the ground up and there is probably nothing that we cannot tell you about the way that they are made and the components used. It took us almost 12 months to find products that we truly believe in and we now take pride in passing our knowledge onto new customers. We are also fully aware of the immense benefits of owning a hot tub. Since having our own tub, we spend more quality family time together, and instead of spending night after night in front of the television, we now spend more time just watching the stars. No-one ever regrets buying a hot tub!
